1. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your Ingress Agent Name and a securely hashed password.
• Location Data: Country, State/Region, and City. This is required to place you on the regional leaderboards.
• Communication Data: Your Telegram Chat ID. This is strictly used to send you automated bot notifications (e.g., account approvals, new followers, comments). We also store your optional Telegram Username if you choose to provide it for your public profile. We never ask for or store your phone number.
• User-Generated Content: Ingress statistics you upload, images you attach, journal/story texts, comments, likes, and private messages sent through the Comms system.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate and improve the platform:

• To calculate and display your progress on global and regional leaderboards.
• To populate your public profile and the global Datastream.
• To enable social interactions (messaging, following, commenting).
• To send you push notifications via Telegram based on your personal notification settings.

3. Data Visibility & Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Because this is a social platform, certain information is visible to other registered and verified users:

• Public within the platform: Your Agent Name, Location (City/State/Country), Ingress Statistics, Bio, Uploaded Images, Stories, and Comments.
• Strictly Private: Your Telegram Chat ID, password, and private Comms messages are never visible to regular users. (Note: Administrators have access to the database for moderation and maintenance purposes).

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary Session Cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or analytics scripts (like Google Analytics).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact an Administrator through the internal Comms system. Upon deletion, your profile, statistics, uploaded images, and comments will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Moderation

Administrators and regional Moderators reserve the right to remove user-generated content (images, comments, stories) or ban accounts if they violate community guidelines, contain inappropriate material, or constitute spam.
